We are looking for an Account Manager to develop new business with existing and new customers – generating opportunities through outbound calls
Duties & Responsibilities
To increase revenue, profit and take more market share of training and services provided to the end user.
Continue to build and maintain relationships with Clients, key internal managers & external suppliers showing your ability to grow your individual account territories
To drive, maintain and grow two trainer’s territory.
Maintain and Manage your allocated trainers diary
To identify and make contact with decision maker at Dental Practice
Work towards and achieve individual and company sales targets and KPIS
To plan and organise and implement outbound call schedule
To understand and develop personal knowledge of dental products.
Maximise each sales opportunity.
Maintain a consistent number of outbound calls. Minimum target each day is 30.
To reach a minimum of 90 minutes per day on outbound calls-
To reach a minimum utilisation of 1.6 booked training session for your territory
Make sure the CRM system is kept up to date
Qualifications & Experience:
Time management and prioritising skills
Ability to build & maintain working excellent relationships with Internal stakeholders and suppliers and customers
Excellent and confident telephone manner
Demonstrable understanding of sales methodologies
Proven track record in an Account Manager role. Dental Industry Preferred
Demonstrable experience in protecting and growing accounts to deliver against target
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft computer packages including word, excel and Outlook
