To deliver the highest standard of support and customer service to our High Street Customer base. To build valuable relationships with these accounts whilst working closely with all areas of the business to help maximise all opportunities.
• To be responsible for answering incoming calls in a timely & efficient manner & ensuring calls are the highest priority over all other tasks. • To process all customer orders according to the Sales Order Processing procedure. • All relevant team mailboxes are monitored and anything urgent is actioned • To resolve and where necessary escalate customer enquiries/queries/complaints • Maintain and update CRM to the highest level possible • Build and grow customer relationships whilst representing the Company; ensuring a speedy, efficient and quality service is offered at all times. • To be proactive in maximising all sales by upselling, cross selling, growing account spends, activating inactive or closed accounts, whilst passing on leads & opportunities as and when required. • Provide support to territories by working closely with all the Company’s Field based Sales Representatives. • To achieve specific sales territory targets and KPIs relating to new product initiatives, special offers, product launches and by increasing sales at every opportunity. • To alert the Head of Telesales to any potential problems and to pass on any relevant information that could impact the office in anyway. • To undertake relevant administrative function in connection with the Sales Department as and when necessary • To offer full support to other members of the sales teams when required. • To understand and develop product knowledge and, when necessary, to take advantage of any training programs considered beneficial by the Company. • Ability to provide analytical and customer reporting as requested
Qualifications & Experience:
Excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills with an attention to detail
Advanced analytical and excel skills
Excellent time management and prioritising skills
Excellent Interpersonal communication skills
A professional and polite manner when dealing with customers and staff
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience of working with a CRM system- preferable but not essential
Proven track record in a similar Sales or Customer Service role. Dental Industry Preferred
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft computer packages including word, excel and Outlook
