It has built a reputation based on personal service and working in partnership with dentists to understand their business and support growth plans through superior product knowledge, competitive pricing and the capability to supply everything a modern practice requires.

Role Purpose:

To drive growth in customer sales and increase retention of the Omnia and Membership schemes

Key Skills:

Duties and Responsibilities: 


  • Model and implement the Membership and Omnia customer journeys to ensure customers feel enfranchised and that they make the most of their packages.

  • Report on KPIs, including leads presented to 3rd Parties, sign ups, cancellations etc, on a monthly basis 

  • Generate and implement ideas to keep the model fresh and relevant for customers; present robust business cases as to why we should implement the ideas

  • Prepare, submit and present bespoke pricing for Key Accounts on services; work with KAM to ensure adherence to services contracts

  • Own the P&L for the Membership and Business services department. Influence key stakeholders (ie DBG outbound Team) to ensure that weekly sales targets are met

  • Develop a rolling year of Membership promotions; ensure that they are commercial sound and report on the outcomes / successes on a monthly basis

  • Work closely with CRM / Marketing to ensure that the customer journey "push notifications" are automated, where possible


Qualifications & Experience:

Standard Company Requirements:

  • To ensure PPE issued by the business is worn in accordance with Health & Safety legislation.

Experience Required: 

  • >10 year of dental sector experience
  •  An in depth understanding of compliance regulatory in the UK


Qualifications Required: 


  • 5 GCSE's including maths and English (or equivalent) 
  • IOSH
  • GDC registrant
  • Level 3 Training and Education
